Winchester Village Garden
A complete redesign of this split level garden, incorporating pieces from the client’s previous garden. The large stone bowl provided inspiration for the design, with its shape echoed in the circular terrace and the curved planting beds.
The sloping lower garden has been terraced to create two levels, divided by a low retaining brick wall. A mix of limestone pavers and cobbles provide contrasting textures and help to delineate the spaces.
At the upper level, the timber steps to the garage studio will be clad with horizontal timber slats to create a garden storage area.
The build starts early March 2025.
